So yes just wondering if there is a way to tell if your IP address has been banned from a website?

You should ask a friend who uses a different IP Address to you if they can test the website and tell you if the website is online or offline or just visit that website through a proxy.
If you can connect to the website through a proxy but can’t through your own IP Address then you know something is going on there.
Have you been to this website before?
