1) We can't remove people from lists run by other people.
2) Unless your email is being blocked because of it, ignore the APEWS listing.
3) For theSPFBL listing, visit https://matrix.spfbl.net/189.84.190.157 (you might need to enlist the assistance of your provider)

None of the volunteers here can remove you from blacklists run by other people. As has been stated multiple times before on this forum, you can safely ignore the APEWS listing. There are multiple ways of detecting the creation of a new account for someone who has been banned. The most obvious ways are through their posting style, email address and IP address.
