It is possible by someone who as access to the server where an image is stored. One method of protection is to set your webmail or email software so that it doesn't show images from unknown senders.

Is your email being blocked because of a listing? If not, you probably don't need to worry.
You can find out if (and why) your IP address is listed on the spfbl list, and request delisting, by visiting https://spfbl.net/en/delist/

Something doesn't seem quite right about the error message. Spamcop don't list email addresses or domain names in their blacklist.
If you are able to provide an IP address, other users of this forum might be able to help track down extra information that will help you continue your troubleshooting.

which email sever ? I have no idea about these An email server is a special computer running special software that takes care of delivering and accepting emails on behalf of an email provider's users. If you're not running such a computer, you don't need to worry about the SORBS or SPFBL listings.
