If you are not sending mail directly from your IP address the JustSpam listing should have no impact.

What is the error/bounce message that you are seeing that is indicating that's the issue?

I do not see that 80.90.174.94 is blacklisted anywhere. Are you getting bounce messages? If so, please post one of them.

Google does not include the sender's IP address in the headers anymore. In order to get any potentially actionable information you would need to hire a lawyer, file a lawsuit, and subpoena the account records. Without knowing the specific IP address I can only answer in generalities.

Someone remoting into the device should have no impact on the location information.

However, the geolocation information could just be wrong.
