Those don't appear to be standard email headers. Unfortunately, Google does not include the sender's IP address in the headers. You'll really need to hire a lawyer, subpoena the account access records from Google to get the IP address, then subpoena the ISP customer records to find out who's interne...

Residential and Cell Phone IP address being on SORBS and SPFBL are normal. The blacklists are primarily designed for mail server to mail server communication. In this case, those listings are more of a technical indication that a mail server should not be running on that IP address rather than there...

Are you not able to send *any* emails or just *some* bounce back?

You'll need to work with your host/ISP to configure a valid, non-generic, rDNS/PTR record.

In your case: 186.4.209.143 --> mail.globalchem.com.ec --> 186.4.209.143

Currently, 186.4.209.143 resolves to host-186-4-209-143.netlife.ec
