It looks like the first line in the chain (Received: from COL123-W47 ([65.55.34.71]) ...) is from a Microsoft server. They don't seem to show the real IP of the sender. The IP WHOIS information does not tell you the location of the IP you are checking, it tells you the location of the company or organization that has been assigned to the IP range the address is in.
