It is good idea to visit the website created by the blacklist owner to find out why your IP address is listed, and follow the removal procedure recommended by the blacklist owner.

1) We can't remove people from lists run by other people.
2) Unless your email is being blocked because of it, ignore the APEWS listing.
3) For theSPFBL listing, visit https://matrix.spfbl.net/189.84.190.157 (you might need to enlist the assistance of your provider)

None of the volunteers here can remove you from blacklists run by other people. As has been stated multiple times before on this forum, you can safely ignore the APEWS listing.
