Request Header? If it's a hint, then YES. BUT it's can be easily "faked" or "omitted" to fool the amateurs.

Don't want to dishearten you. There're tons of possibilities to check a visitor for his/her credence. if your IP is 192.168.0.100 or starts with 192.168.X.XXX then it's your LAN IP, nothing to do with your public IP. As I said: You MIGHT get a new IP from the IP pool....
