I am not tech savvy at All but I am on the blacklist and I am always getting messages telling me my account was signed in via web browser and to change my password which I have done several times I have boost for carrier but tells me I have sprint I think my ex has hacked my phone dont know how to fix have changed phone number passwords providers even different phone types any suggestions I’m desperate

It's normal for an IP address associated with a smartphone to be on one or more blacklists so I would not worry about that issue.

Boost Mobile is an MVNO, a carrier that does not have its own cellular network, and they contract with other carriers to provide access, which is why you are seeing Sprint.

Are the services saying that an IP address different from your cellular, home, or office service provider has accessed your account?
