When I try to purchase a product off this one website ,transaction will not complete . says I've been blacklisted ,It seems to be only site that this happens on, I have a vpn on ,tried different cards but to no avail.

It's possible that the site may block transactions from people in a different country than them.

Have you contacted the site directly to ask why?
