How can I removed my ip if have been blacklisted

Seems my ip is blacklisted, I tried using my network but failed several times. Please any help ?
Couple of questions:
1) What is the IP address?
2) Are you operating a mail server at that IP address?
3) What error message(s) are you seeing?
