The IP address 178.32.69.217 should be in France but your site identifies it as Algeris. I am using a VNP but other public IP identifiers show France such as http://ip-lookup.net/.

Why the error?

It's not an error. It is likely that another user of the VPN was in a different country when using the VPN.
