IP address 98.139.183.24 is a mail server not an end user. There are multiple stories from difference scam artists on that page. Which one matches the story you are getting?

The story matches just perfect even the name!
What do you mean when you say mail server?
I am talking to him on skype and when i searched his IP address from Skype it appeared to be
120.61.23.59 which shows the location as India. I really need to know. Doesn't seems to be a scam to me. But don't want to get scammed! Thanks for the help.

Hi usgirl,
don't count or trust too much on anyone you don't know. Otherwise the probability to get scammed is there (e.g. telling you that you get some $$ inheritance or begging your charity or whatever that might touch your emotion
or your "greed"
).
Mail server is the server where the emails are received and sent. Yahoo.com, gmail.com are for example mail servers. It's usually hard to find out who sent an email from such servers. If the server is in the US you might have a good chance to identify the sender with a court subpoena.
India? You know, it's a piece of cake to be anywhere if you know how to slip through a proxy or any VPN server (VPN: Virtual Private Network.Click HERE to see how). If you so will, I could appear to be in Russia or in Down-Under...Also, stay away if I was you.

If something in an email you receive sounds too good to be true, it pays to be extremely cautious. If I had $1 for every dodgy email I have received, I'd have a lot of money!
