Is possible my internet company can see what I do on internet?

IF possible that my internet cable company (ISP) can see what I do in internet ??

for example the ISP can see:

what images i download
what web page i visit
and what messages i send in facebook to other persons in facebook messenger?

I see on internet browser add inn like BROWSEC maybe this help to navigate anonymous

As I read somewhere some time ago, ISP can really see what you're doing on the Internet: they know what websites you visit, how much time you spend on them, the content you watch. They know your geolocation and device you're using. I can't sure about their abiity to see the messages you send, but everything is possible. Do you want to stop it?

Not only is it possible, I would find it more unlikely that they were not actively doing so.
