Reddit keeps shadowbanning me, what should I do?

My account gets shadowbanned after 2-3 hrs without any activity not instantly.
I tried a new browser, with clean history. Totally reset the router. But the thing is ISP give ip address with fixed prefix eg-: abcd
: so i think they're identifying it with that. idk. i can't afford mobile data just to use reddit as it'd be very expensive. i can't afford paid vpn. so how do i fix this issue?i need some reddit account to ask questions.
