My IP is shown as blocked on "b.barracudacentral.org"
I was communicating with "withdrawalanalytics.com & [email protected]." It worked well initially then stopped.
I have tried with different IP 147.161.216.126, different computer and network accessing system and that didn't show as blocked but I received with the same type of message.

Could this be caused by VPN as I can't get to see the senders IP

Usually, with mail delivery issues, it has to do with the IP address of the sender's server -- if it's a blocking issue.
In this case, the connection between the Google mail server and the recipient's server is having connection issues. This could be a transient issue or indicate an issue with the recipient's server.
