My cell phone was hacked 2 years ago in January. I had a droid back then. After 2 years of trying to get help I went to Verizon and they couldn’t find anything then I went to the police department and if I wasn’t threatened they couldn’t do anything Then I get a call from Chase and they found something called a mail root virus I think ( sorry I am not computer savvy) I was told to change my number and email. I got an I phone now and also phone carriers and email. 3 days a go I found a tracker on my iPhone, so I am thinking I got hacked again. I screen shot it and Apple removed it for me And now that I try to register my new email it’s telling me that my new email is in use, the mail that I am using now is the one that was hacked. I just learned by watching some videos from you tube and on line but computer stuff is foreign language to me. After going on what’s my op address it gave me mine but at another city Now I see
why when I go to websites and it gives me error codes I try to screen shoot a lot of stuff because I can’t explain it. I hope this makes sense I did confirm with one police rep and a web site that says something pewned and it confirmed my info is in the dark web after 2 years they are at it again sorry I don’t know where or who to go to or even to start . Please route me as to where I can begin
