Someone has hacked my phone I need to change my ip address please?

Hello,
In general, it's a really bad idea to post your name, address, and phone number in a public forum, so I've removed them.
If your phone has been compromised changing your IP address will not fix it.
What is the underlying issue that you are seeing that leads you to believe that your phone has been hacked?
