Is it service provider software version?
My Model number is SM-M315F/DS.
That's the thing it doesn't change the public ip , it's been 10days I was waiting . It didn't work .

What is the make/model of the hotspot unit, or is the issue that you are using the phone as a hotspot for another device?

Oh, sorry for the confusion on my part.

It's really unusual for a smartphone to maintain the same public IP address for so long -- it sounds like an issue that might be specific to your wireless carrier. You way want to call customer service and see if they can force a new IP address for the phone.

You could try using a VPN on either the phone or computer to get a different public IP address.

VPN didn't work I tried , I mean it works but the server detects vpn , see if u got any other solution in future pls reply me on this thread. And also thanks for co operating
