Does someone knows what it means ? Lease time 3600,does that mean I have to turn my router off or unplug it for 3600 seconds(1 hour/60 minutes) ?
If someone could help me it would be great :D

These are "inward" facing settings. This is about how long your router assigns IP addresses to devices on your own network.

We've found that in the majority of cases by turning off your modem for at least 8 hours your ISP will assign a new IP address to it when you power it back up.

I tried to force an IP change with a Virgin router and left it disconnected and powered down for 4-days over Xmas - it still retained the old IP when switched back on!! Good luck!!
