I’ve been banned!!

Hi Guys, I’ve been banned from a forum. When I put the forum website address into my IPad, all I get is a blank screen. They also pick up proxy sites so that is not an option for getting around it.
I don’t know a lot about these things but it seems I need to change my IP address either on my IPad or my router or maybe both.

Any suggestions other than don’t get banned
