209.85.214.169 is a Google mail server. I assume that the mail was sent from a GMail account? If so, google does not include the source IP address in the headers of most messages.

You won't find the senders ip address in this header as gmail rarely sends it.

In this case there is nothing we can learn from this header.

You can reply to the sender using a web service like http://www.readnotify.com. If the people you are tracking open the email you can then get the IP address of the computer they are sending from . With that you can get almost any information that you want.

Good luck. If it is of a threatening nature I would suggest you contact the authorities and allow them to handle it.
