Hi, somebody is sending my family bothering emails without signing. We need an urgent location of the IP adress:

How can I know where it comes from?
Can I have the location in latitude and longitude?

Geolocation is only an estimate. See:

If you need to know the exact location you'll need to contact a legal representative in your area to find out what is required to compel the ISP to turn over their client records.
