65.55.34.9 is most likely a microsoft mail server, not the end user.

As of December 2012 Microsoft started encrypting the originating IP in message headers. So, any mail using Hotmail and associated MS services will not show the originating IP in a readable form. As stated above, what you have is the IP of a Microsoft server.

Thank you so much. Indeed, my friend has hotmail account.
It will be impossible to know the location of the sender on the header. This is not a good thing made Microsoft.

They won't say why they have done it, other than some limp statement about protecting user privacy. As a cynic, I might suggest that they were losing too many of their scammer customers to Gmail (who also hide the originating IP) and it was driving their statistics down.

Hotmail aka msn has been hacked so many times that most people now use gmail .also if I'm not mistaken a few years back Microsoft changed hotmail and msn to what is now commonly known has windows live .
