IP does not show any location

Hi. I am Admin on CrystalTorrents.com. One of my mods found an IP that does not show up in a search.
The IP is 93.1192.8385.

This is a first for me. Can you explain why it does not show in a search?
Or, better still, can you track it down yourselves?

The reason why it's not working is that is not an IP address.

IPv4 addresses consist of 4 numbers from 0 to 255; 0-255.0-255.0-255.0-255
