Help to get out of blacklist (

Post by sunny_73 »

We are a startup with plans to launch our VoD service this month. Unfortunately during testing, which involves validation of the email id of the user who registers to our service, we find that our mails are undelivered with the message given below.
When i did a backlist check (at, that our IP is listed on

Can you very kindly suggest how to remove our IP from this list?
Thanks a lot in advance for the help.

You can visit Barracuda Central's website, perform a lookup, and then request removal at ... reputation but I doubt Google is blocking your mail based solely on Barracuda Central's blacklist.

There are two general reasons mail gets blocked:
1) The IP address has a history of sending spam, is on a blacklist, or has some technical configuration issues such as rDNS/PTR, etc.
2) Suspicious content.

Google provides some good guidelines here:

It may also be that you are sending mail from Amazon's web server platform that may used shared IP addresses (meaning someone else could be sending spam and it is impacting you). You might want to consult with Amazon to see if they have a platform more suited to sending email.
