ip ad giolocation confirmation please

Hi, i just want to confirm my research I did on it ad,getting i little confused on service provider and ip location ip:209.85.220.41 my research showed it to be in Kansas,USA but that person is telling me she is in Africa, Mali so just want to make sure my research are accurate. thank's for the extra help.

209.85.220.41 is a Google mail server, not an end user. The person who sent that email could be anywhere in the world.

Does this person have money or something of value they want to send you?
