We have a /21 block that is homed in Chicago but your site shows Kansas. Could you please tell me how we can get this updated on your site? Which companies do we need to contact to have this information updated?

In the United States, you'd need to contact ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) to make sure your ip range is properly registered and classified.
