Someone messing with me

I need help. I am pretty smart and I have surmised that an email is coming from Kansas but I think someone is messing with me.
A former employee perhaps?
How can I find out who the email address is associated with and will the ip always stay the same or does it depend on the computer or what have you.

This guy says he is a manager trainor and is in dubai at the moment but I don't think so.

Unfortunately more and more email providers are not including the sender's IP address in the email headers. Chances are you are looking up the IP address if the mail server, not the sender.

That’s a portion of them, there should be more, but since it was sent from a gmail address the sender’s IP address definitely won’t be there.

You could try to get the sender to click on a link (from grabbify or iplogger) that would record his IP when he clicks on a link.

You can use E-mail lookup service to find.

I think you can use IP Geolocation tools to track the IP address, you can only see the location of the server that IP is on.
