Blocked IP

Hi
Due to an unfortunate experience on a social media app, I was unfairly blocked from using the app again.
Despite it stated it was temporarily suspended, so I'm assuming , my IP address has been blacklisted.
How does one go about requesting the blacklist ban. It's been a year and a half now, and when I try to reregister, it is repeats the same message. "Temporary suspension"
Opinions anybody?
