Please can you help me whitelist my IP address

Couple of questions:

1) What is it that you are trying to do that you are being prevented from doing?
2) What is the error message you are seeing?
3) What is your IP address?

1. There is internet access and I can do every other thing except from sending and receiving mail.

2. There is no error message but when I connect to another network I can send and receive mail.

3. 197.157.218.201

The blacklists are not designed to prevent users from connecting to their email providers.

It could be an issue with your ISP or mail settings on your device.

I suggest you contact your email provider for support.
