My ex wife is messing with me

My ex wife is hacking into my iPhone Through my iCloud I believe. Is it possible to get her ip address from this email? I’m sending this from a friends email.

If you haven't already done so, change your Apple ID password, and enable two-factor authentication, log out all devices, and then log in on your devices only.
Often, email providers do not include the sender's IP address in the headers. You would need to either trick the person into clicking on a link that would record their IP address and report it to you, or you would need to hire a lawyer and subpoena account access records.
