Geo Location

Newbie here, so I do apoligize if this has been asked before.
trying to find a geo location for 216.164.138.161
and the host is 216-164-138-161.c3-0-upd-ubr5.trpr-upd.pa.cable.rcn.com
Main reason is that this guy is messing around my wife, just want to know who is and will NOT do anything to break law. Just want to know who is and if he is married too

See 216.164.138.161. Geolocation is not exact. You'd need to contact a lawyer to file a lawsuit in order to get more information.
