How to find out?

I had hoped by now someone could of helped me on this, so adding to the post and hoping someone does know the answer.

When I go to check netstat, IPs do not always show up as a number under Foreign Address....there have been things such as:

rl=http
ing-dc6=http
cookex2=http
12=httpyw-in-f149=https
beap-csc=https

Etc etc.

Now netstat is showing things such as

state:http
1bl-vip5:http in fact this one printed out 8 times on just one try
1bl-vip3:http
www:http

Does anyone know how I can find out what these things mean??? If not, do you know what site I could go to to find out what the ips are????

How do you find out what or who it is with ip numbers instead of what is typed above?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
