Wifi hacked by know person's

Hi my wifi had been hacked all my phones I have had always play up and I hu g around d these hackers bow they hate me so here goes my date goes to external file so phones hacked also Netflix was hacked in the search results was my mates name and that mate also when I go to call divert it was that mates number and they tell me things when I see them and it's exactly what I been looking up 9n the net or they tell me what hacks are then my phone will do it next day ,when I go on apps dati g apps they can see full use of my phone so they k ow when other app and they make accounts and send messages anyway I have screen shots of all the stuff for last 2 years I am worried that they can be using my data to do bad things ,the 2 blokes that hang around d the hacker have smashed there phones and got new ones and denied all of it they have also got a e sim hooked up so.e how I can't even change the settings on my phone they have locked critical settings I can't change them every pic or vid or messages are going external o e more thing on the home computer there is *censored* load of files that I can't open need keys or something and I noticed I was Admin then thee was a guest ghost o there they told me about hacki g wifi through Netflix then week later watching Netflix and the volume would go loud the screen would go small and the colours change the TV turn its self on I can go on for ever ldo I get rid of all my devices and get nre wifi
