if anyone can get me this mans ip that would be a massive help, no idea how to do it myself and my mates just been hacked by this random guy

Unfortunately, these days many of the large email service providers no longer the IP address of the sender in the headers of an email.

You would either need a court order or trick the person into clicking on a link from Gabbify or IPlogger that would log the IP address used to click.
