This email originates from a known proxy server or similar device (64.62.201.4). The email domain 'engineer.com' is a mail.com/gmx.com free webmail address.

http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/64.62.201.4

As such, it is not traceable through the supplied headers. A legal order to the proxy or to gmx.com would be required to identify further.

If this is a 'romance' situation, then its looking like a scam.
