Can you determine when an email address was set up? Please Help :)

I'm new to online forums but Im giving it a go, as my mum has been hacked (across her home computer, phone and laptop) and I want to see if I can help her,

Would anyone be able to tell me when this email address was created, and if so, where was it created from (location),

On the email provider would be able to tell you when the account was created and the IP address that was used to create the account. It generally requires a subpoena for them to release that information.
