When everyone tried to be helpful and provided an answer the posts failed to demonstrate and explain just where in the heading was the necessary numbers and letters to track the email address down. Not exactly. the "Content-Type:" header has nothing to do with email addresses. Its purpose is to help email software tell where one part of an email ends and the next part begins, and is particularly useful when there are attachments.
