I would like to know if this person talking to someone

The crystall ball that I received when I joined this forum works best if it has access to the header information from an email you have received from this person when considering a reply in the "email tracing help" section. Even then, it might not be able to tell if the person is in contact with someone else.

It is likely that you will have to talk to their email provider, whoever they are. It is also likely that you will need some kind of court order before the person's email provider will provide you with the information.

Do you have an example of an email from the person you want to check up on? If you're lucky, some useful information will be contained in the headers, but I wouldn't count on it. Without more information, we can't help you.
