Changing content-type of Email form

Hello everyone,

I'm using some external website email form for sending emails. All my emails are delivered in HTML (content-type="text/html") format even I send a plain text. I need all my email either to be delivered as plain text (content-type="text/plain") or HTML only when there is a rich formatting involved.

The external website does allow access to source code of email body and that's where I can use any script to get things that way I want.
