Scam email making rounds on Social networks. Help me catch this fker please

Hey all. There's this email [email protected] (and variants thereof) that's going around with the lamest scam, that I can't believe people are falling for. I attached screenshots. I wana find the IP, or potentially the owner of the iPhone 7S that's scamming everyone in my town, but "conventional" methods are seemingly more designed to assist with hackers and scammers getting away with their crimes, instead of finding them and holding them accountable.
If anyone can provide assistance, that would be greatly appreciated. Here are the variants I know of:

The lol of it all is that they say they're going to cash transfer crypto from their wallet. XD XD That's not even possible in my country. There's NO bank or business that accepts, or even acknowledges crypto as a payment method. XD XD

You would need to get the scammer to click on a tracking link to get their IP address.

Ahk. Where can I get one of those? The scammer seems stupid enough that they'd fall for that
