Unfortunately, you can't get the IP address of a Gmail user by their email address alone. You would need to get them to click on a link that would record their IP address for you or you would need to hire a lawyer, file a lawsuit, and subpoena the account access records from Google to get them to send you the IP address(es) used to access the account.

In the case of receiving an email from that address, Google no longer includes the sender's IP address in the headers.
