Lost phone

My mobile phone was lost but my email id is active on that phone I want to track my email id.
Check https://www.icloud.com/#find or https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager, depending on the operating system, as this may get you a GPS location of the device.
If your email provider provides you account access history, you may be able to see the current IP address of the phone. With that you can get the general location of the phone, but probably not accurate enough to actually find it.
