My IP address is and I believe I have been backlisted but I have no idea why or how to get off of the blacklist

I am not a company just a 'normal' user. We moved from sky (had sky for years with no problem) to bt and am now having issues entering recaptcha codes.

Can someone help please

Each blacklist has its own listing and delisting process.

If email is being bounced or rejected because of one particular list, it is common for there to be a link to the list's web page in the error message. If you follow the link, you should be able to find out why there is a listing and get some idea of the proper process to follow to initiate removal. The WhatIsMyIpAddress blacklist check page (see the link below) also provides links to information about each of the blacklists its provides.

You can safely ignore any mention of a listing in a list run by APEWS.
