550 Administrative Prohibition

Post by HCS » Wed Apr 10, 2019 4:00 am

First of all, hello to all,
I would like to ask for help because of a problem with some recipients when I send an email.
I have the following error: Remote Server returned "550 Administrative prohibition".

I do not know if I'm in the right category but I still noticed that my IP address was blacklisted at Blackscatterer ... I do not know if it's a coincidence or if the problem comes from there?
Someone to help me solve or advise me?
Thank you in advance for your time!

SMTP 550 errors usually mean that the email address doesn't exist.

I'd work to resolve the issue with your mail server being listed at backscatterer, but that's likely not the issue.

If you would like to post the IP address of the mail server or a more detailed bounce message we can look at it.
