my important portal not open.

my ip is live ip ,but when i open my working potal(digitalseva.csc.gov.in)this portal cant be open.my internet service provider(Alliance Broadband)says this is not my internet problem,this problem is your portal porblem.i think my live ip is block,please help me.

The first thing you should do is to contact your work and see if they are able to identify and resolve the problem.

I'm not sure we'll be able to do much if your work says it's not their problem and they won't help you.

What is the exact error message and do you get the same message when trying to access the website from a different internet connection?
