I am traveling quite often and using ISPs in a hotel to access my mailbox and to send mail.
Mail sent to [email protected] from Panama over my smtp server in Germany are coming back with the following error:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at server721-han.de-nserver.de.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
184.108.40.206 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 421 Message rejected
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

The IP of my smtp mail server in not listed on any blacklist. However the ISP I used at the hotel in Panama <Received: from ip31-128.ufinet.com.pa (HELO NB100) (18.104.22.168)> is blacklisted at spamhouse.
It appears that mail.dk not only checks the ip address of the mail server but also the IP adresses used to access the server.
Am I correct?
What can I do about it?
