600 000 mails of which +/- 20% bounced backs. Blacklisted

Post by nickbrand » Thu Oct 27, 2016 2:19 am

The situation:

We do have a virtual server (UNIX) with a Bulgarian made software to send mails.

We use 92.247.63.216 for mail marketing.

We have some 600 000 mails of which +/- 20% bounced backs.

The system worked but since 1 month there seems to be a problem.

We see that we are blacklisted at l2.apews.org and at spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net

Any advises please?

You've got a big problem if 20% of your emails are bouncing! Did you receive opt-in permission from each of those addresses in order to send mail to them?
