You've got a serious spam problem going on.

You'll need to identify which accounts are being used to send spam and stop them.

Once you've done that you'll need to visit each blacklist and follow their removal process.

Thanks your advice,
is this caused of ISP or our mail server or client?
We have tried many times but it just last some days only

If it's a dedicated mail server then you'll want to start watching your logs to see which account is being abused. It's also possible the the server, itself, has been compromised -- if that is the case you may not see anything in the mail logs.
