IP Black listed

Post by nijjhar » Mon Jan 23, 2017 5:20 am

Hi Brethren,

I Preach Christianity and Sikhism. I have a business account with BT and they have microsoft link for sending my emails.

I am getting blocked off for spamming. I send around 300 emails and then wait 20 minutes or so. My IP address is blocked.

I use Outlook.com for sending emails from my domain name.

Hi Brethren,

Sorry, I forgot to include add the message that I get:-

[email protected] ([email protected])
Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send messages outside of your organization. Contact your email admin for assistance.

This email was sent from my domain email [email protected]

IP address sent from:-

I changed the IP address a few times but no difference.

You'll want to confirm with the company that you are using for your email but it sounds like you are attempting to use the platform beyond what they consider to be normal.

You may want to consider switching your newsletter to a platform designed for volume. Something like MailChip may work for you.

I'm not sure if it means anything in this context, but I see a mismatch between the email address you say you sent the email from and the email address mentioned in the rejection message.

The rejection message suggests to me that the recipient's email provider is using some kind of check to see if you used a valid email address.
